Madilyn McFatridge is one of the stars on stage in theater.            

McFatridge started theater at a young age, and instantly felt a connection to it, and became close with the feeling of performing. 

“I joined theater in first grade and it’s always been something that I loved about performing in front of people and on stage.”

McFatridge’s hobby of theater not only improved her abilities to face the crowd, but also improved her time management skills., Doing theater and sports at the same time made it hard to find time for  other activities.

While doing what she loves to do in theater, she also has an engaging space in the environment. A thing the cast does is film tiktoks backstage. 

“One thing the audience doesn’t see is that most of the tiktok dances we do everyone learns together”

For others who may fear doing theater, it’s never bad to give it a try. “Just go for it. Some people are scared to perform to people and if you just try it, it could be something that you could love, so, no matter if you are scared or not, just try it.”

“Exhilarating” is the word McFatridge describes in Theater.
