SAN JOSE, CALIF. — On Thanksgiving Day, 49er fans raved about the score of 31-13 against the Seattle Seahawks.

There are 17 football games in one season excluding playoffs. This year’s season, the 49ers are on a roll, with a record of 8-3. This Thanksgiving evening, the San Francisco 49ers played at the Seattle Seahawks’ home stadium, Lumen Field, treating fans to a feast of football excitement.
After this successful game, the 49ers had conquered once again against their arch-rivals. For the past four regular season games they’ve played against the Seahawks, they have won.
Between the offense and defense of this game, it was quite challenging. They used their strategy to pull strings within the Seahawks’ defense, locking in yardage and scoring opportunities.
As the timer went down, we fans who watched the game knew this would be one for the books. “Genuinely one of the best games of the season,” says a senior here at Silver Creek, Sydney Reddick.
The second half was resilient, with both teams exchanging tough plays. Given the shifting momentums caused by back and forth stops and interceptions, we fans felt a flow of emotions.
Mariah Espinoza, a Silver Creek senior, says, “Throughout the game, my dad was stressing not only because it was a close game, but it being an away game. Until the team started to move and was in progress in points, my dad felt relieved and more confident about the game.”
The 49ers’ offense pulled together a perfect run in the final minutes, which resulted in a game winning touchdown that had fans impressed. Fans are excited for future games between these two teams and will remember this Thanksgiving game as an exciting occasion. “Honestly was an amazing win, we needed this to bounce back to get them ready for playoffs,” Silver Creek senior Jocelyn Serrano mentions.
