It’s winter so it’s time to get into the Christmas spirit!! Let me introduce you to the top 10 Christmas Songs to listen to get into the Christmas spirit. 

Christmas songs came out four centuries ago. In the past few years there have been almost ten thousand Christmas songs in the world. I’m here to tell you the top 10 Christmas songs in the world to get into the Christmas spirit.  

1.  “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” by Brenda Lee. 

This song came out on Nov 24, 1958 (US), Dec 1962 (UK). This song became popular due to its use in the film Home Alone in 1990. Lee was 13 years old when she first recorded Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree. This song has now been recorded by hundreds of other singers. So this song will always be one of the best songs.  

2. “Last Christmas” by Wham!

This song came out in 1986 and has been played every year since then. This catchy pop track has remained a holiday favorite with its catchy melody and retable lyrics. Also this song is in a lot of people’s childhood so they pass on because it’s an easy song to remember. This song is really special because most of the Christmas songs are all full of happiness and joy, but in the famous hit Wham! deals with a broken love story. 

3. “All I Want for Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey

This song came out on Oct 29, 1994A modern classic, this upbeat and festive tune has become synonymous with the holiday season. Referring to Mariah Carey known as the “beloved elusive chanteuse,” highlights her powerful and elusive singing style, making her vocals stand out as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. Also because its so simple and palatable. 

4. “Jingle Bell Rock” by Bobby Helms

A timeless classic that captures the joyful spirit of Christmas with its lively beat and playful lyrics. It’s also really easy to remember. It was written in the 1840s and 1870s.

5. “White Christmas” by Bing Crosby

This iconic ballad, released in 1942, is one of the best selling singles of all times and is a staple during festive season. There are different types of White Christmas but the original is the most famous one . 

6. “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)” by Nat King Cole 

Nat King Cole’s smooth voice delivers a warm and cozy feeling, making this a cherished holiday tune. 10. “Feliz Navidad” by Jose Feliciano

Crafted by the Puerto Rican singer-composer Jose Feliciano, born with visual impairment, this Christmas classic stands among the top 25 most frequently played and recorded festive tunes globally.
