SAN JOSE, CALIF.— Silver Creek High School’s Winterfest is coming back for yet another year! Many fun activities like dances and celebratory talent shows are set to be prepared.
Applications to be a part of the fantastic event have just opened. The event will likely be held on Dec. 1, as the year before was hosted on Dec. 2, three weeks before finals week.
Winterfest at Silver Creek High School has been a tradition for over five years and shows no sign of stopping any time soon. At Winterfest, students of many clubs will perform and show off their talent; whether it is skits, dances, or more! Auditions for clubs will begin in the coming days. The event of Winterfest will be held in Raider Hall.
Auditions for Winterfest have been out for some time. Come out and support these clubs who have put in countless hours to put on a lovely show!
To contribute to the festive Christmas spirit, there will be many lovely decorations set up around the hall. There will also be a lot of yummy food sold at Raider Hall! clubs to be performing are yet to be announced as clubs are completing auditions for Winterfest, which are soon to begin.
The entry fee is expected to be $10, as stated by 2023-2024 leadership member, Evonne Nguyen. Nguyen expresses she’s most excited about, “The dance performances.”
Winterfest is almost upon us! Come out, to celebrate an early determined Christmas and support your fellow Raiders! Winterfest at Silver Creek will be the best way to get a Jump Start on your Christmas break and put you in the festive Christmas spirit!
