SAN JOSE, CALIF.— From a boring blowout in Buffalo to an amazing comeback in Arizona, here is your recap of some notable games in Week two of the NFL season.
The Minnesota Vikings played the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday night. The key players of the game was quarterback Jalen Hurts who only threw for 193 yards, had one touchdown and one interception, but also ran for 35 yards and two touchdowns. Another key player was D’Andre Swift who had 175 rushing yards and one touchdown. And the last key player for the Eagles was wide receiver DeVonta Smith who had only four receptions but 131 yards and one touchdown. The Vikings key players were Kirk Cousins, Justin Jefferson and T.J. Hockenson. Kirk Cousins threw for 364 yards, and four touchdowns, Jefferson had 11 receptions and 159 yards but no touchdowns, Hockenson had seven receptions, 66 yards, and two touchdowns. Philadelphia would pull out the win however with the score being 34-28.
The Las Vegas Raiders traveled to New York to take on the Buffalo Bills in what would be a blow out game. The Raiders one key player was star receiver Davante Adams who had six receptions for 84 yards and one touchdown. The Raiders could not establish a good offensive run game as star running back Josh Jacobs had negative two yards on nine attempts. The Bills however, were able to establish a good pass and run game, with quarterback Josh Allen throwing for 274 yards and three touchdowns. While running back James Cook had 123 yards rushing and 36 yards receiving. The Bills would win 37-10, and both teams are now 1-1.

The San Francisco 49ers traveled to Los Angeles to play the Rams in what would be a surprisingly close game. The 49ers key players were running back Christian McCaffrey and Deebo Samuel. McCaffrey had 135 rushing yards and one touchdown, while Deebo Samuel had six receptions for 101 yards and one touchdown. The key players for the Rams were rookie wide receiver Puka Nacua and running back Kyren Williams. Nacua had an astonishing 15 receptions and 147 receiving yards while Williams had 100 total yards and two touchdowns. However, the Niners would pull off the win as they improved to 2-0, and the Rams now 1-1.
In Arizona, the Cardinals would take on the New York Giants where in the first half, the Cardinals would have a comfortable lead with the score being 20-0. However, in the second half the Giants would make a miraculous comeback and beat the Cardinals 31-28. The key players for the Giants were quarterback Daniel Jones and running back Saquon Barkley. Jones had 321 passing yards, two passing touchdowns, one rushing touchdown, and one interception. While Barkley had 92 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown. The key players for the Cardinals were running back James Conner and wide receiver Marquise Brown. Conner had 106 rushing yards and one touchdown, while Brown had six receptions for 56 yards and one touchdown.
