Fifteen questions with senior Maya Lopez, graduating this June 1st at Silver Creek High School.

1. What’s one thing you’ll miss about being a student at creek 

One thing she will miss is seeing most of my friends in the same place at one time.

2. What’s some advice you could give to up coming freshmen?

Lopez tells incoming freshmen to just not slack off and just try your best to pass all of your classes.

3. What would you tell next year’s seniors?

She says, “Advice to seniors, the year will go by so fast so live in the moment.”

4. What college you are going to

She is going to De Anza College.

5. Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years?

She is not too sure yet, but maybe child development. 

6. What’s your favorite subject at school?

Her favorite subject at SCHS is art class.

7. What is your favorite school memory?

Her favorite school memory is senior prom. 

8. What’s your favorite school event?

Her favorite school event is also senior prom. 

9. What is your dream job?

Maya Lopez’s dream job is a psychiatrist or doctor.

10. What is something you won’t miss about high school?

Something she will not miss about SCHS is homework.

11. What was your top motivation to get you where you are today?    

She says  parents and to do better for her family, to make them proud

12. if you could change something about the school what would it bell

If she could change something about the school it would be locking the student parking lot gates.

13. What is your favorite food?

.       Her favorite food to eat is pasta. 

14.  What is your favorite color?

Her favorite color is pink.
